Who am I?
My name is Marleen and I live with my husband Tom in Arnhem. I've had pets all my life. For example, I have been able to care for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats and dogs. Due to my father's allergies, we were never able to have cats. Fortunately, friends had them and I could cuddle and play with them there. That's where my love for these mischievous animals started. When my husband and I moved in together, I was able to take care of a cat for the first time in my life. What a wonderful learning process that was, because no matter how you look at it, taking care of a cat is a lot different from a dog. We now have 3 sweet kitty's named Amy, Olaf and Luna. So I've always loved cats and luckily they like me too. I can usually put the most shy cat at ease. I really enjoy taking care of cats. It really warms my heart when a cat trusts me so much that I can receive cups and cuddles.
I was increasingly asked to look after the cats of friends and neighbors and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to do more with it. That's how I got into working with cats. At the moment I only offer sitting services, but I hope to be able to add more in the future through training and courses.
